Particular attention was hereby given to the modalities, the times and the nature of information with which the data controllers must provide the users when they access web pages, regardless of the purpose for which they are accessing them.
The data of identified or identifiable individuals who have visited this website may be processed.
The data controller is Vinidea S.r.l., Piazza 1° Maggio, 20 - 29028 Ponte dell’Olio (PC), fiscal code and VAT number 01286830334.
The data processing associated with the website services is performed at the aforementioned headquarter of Vinidea S.r.l. and is carried out only by authorised personnel or by individuals in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
The data obtained through the web service may be communicated to the technological and instrumental partners to whom the data controller refers for the provision of the services demanded by the users/visitors.
The personal data provided by the users/visitors who forward requests for information material (requests for information, answers to questions, etc.) or other communications is used only to perform the requested service and is passed on to third parties only when necessary (as for the provision of the requested services through the technological and instrumental partner).
The computer systems and the software procedures required for the proper functioning of the website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified individuals, but could, by its own nature, allow the identification of the computers which connect to the website through processing and association with data held by third parties.
This type of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the website as well as the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful outcome, error, etc.) and other parameters about the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
This data is collected with the sole purpose of gathering anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check that it is working correctly.
This data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the website.
Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to access determined services, as to submit information requests to the addresses shown on the website, leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data included in the request which is needed to reply.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or shown in the website pages dedicated to particular services available on request.
Cookies are files which can be saved by the user on his/her computer (or on other internet devices such as smartphones or tablets) when he/she visits the websites.
A cookie usually contains the name of the website to which it belongs and its ‘vital length’ (i.e. how long it is stored on the user’s device).
This website uses session and persistent cookies to offer a more efficient service. The use of these cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifications (represented by random numbers generated by the server) which are necessary to allow the provision of the website services and functions in a complete way.
Cookies used in this website avoid any recourse to other IT techniques which could be detrimental to the private nature of the users’ browsing and they do not allow the acquisition of data which may directly lead to the identification of the users.
Those who may not want these cookies can simply delete them after the web navigation by selecting the cookies elimination option in the privacy settings of their browser.
Vinidea S.r.l. makes use of aggregate analysis tools (Shinystat and Google Analytics) to monitor browser data in order to improve the website.
In particular, Google Analytics – made available by Google Inc. – makes use of cookies which are stored in the computer of the users with the purpose of enabling the website administrator to track the users’ behaviour on the website.
The information generated by the cookies about the use of the website made by the users (included the IP address made anonymous with the removal of some figures) will be transmitted to and stored by the US Google servers. Google will use this information to keep track and examine the use of the website, to fill in reports for the operators about the activities of the website and to provide other services related to the activities of the website and to the use of Internet.
To protect at best the privacy of the users, Vinidea S.r.l. applies the ‘masking IP ’ option, provided by Google Analytics, which imposes to the system the hiding of the last 8 figures of the visitor IP address before any processing, thus making anonymous the analysed data.
Users who may not want these cookies can prevent the storage on their computer through the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provided by Google at the address https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To enable the component which forbids the system from the transmission of information about the users’ view, it is necessary to install the component following the instructions on screen, closing and re-opening the browser.
Most internet browsers are initially set up to accept cookies automatically. Users can modify these settings to stop cookies or to be informed that cookies are being sent to their device. There are different ways to manage cookies.
Users can make reference to the instructions manual or to the browser help screen to discover how to regulate or modify their browser settings.
With different devices (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), users have to make sure that each browser on each device is set according to their preferences about cookies.
Except as specified for the browsing data, users are free to provide their personal data through the use of the dedicated website sections and they are free to ask or press for the sending of information material or other communications.
Not conferring one’s personal data can only entail the impossibility of getting what requested.
Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time needed to reach the goals for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are taken to prevent loss of data, illicit or non correct uses and non authorised accesses. To reduce at the very least the risks related to the privacy, availability and integrity of the collected and processed personal data, Vinidea S.r.l. adopted all the minimum security measures provided by law.
The individuals to whom the data refers have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of this data, to know its content and origins, to verify its accuracy and to request its integration, updating or correction (art. 7 of the L.D. n. 196/2003).
Always in accordance with this article, they have the right to demand that the data processed in violation of the law is deleted, converted to an anonymous form or blocked. For legitimate reasons, they can also oppose its processing.
Any request has to be forwarded to Vinidea S.r.l., acting as the data processor, by using the email address info@vinidea.it.
In the event that this 'privacy policy' is modified with time, also as a consequence of legal and/or technological developments, all substantial changes will be published in this document.
