Objectives:
1. To evaluate the efficacy of new adhesives/wetting agents in improving the adherence of copper-based plant protection products on canopies
2. To verify the effectiveness of the solution in reducing the amount of copper applied in the vineyard and the fraction of copper that accumulates in the soil
3. Evaluate the ability of some natural anti-scale agents to increase the efficacy of copper, allowing its use to be reduced
Expected results:
1. Development of new defence strategies based on technologies able to maximise the permanence and efficacy of copper plant protection products on the canopy
2. Estimating the reduction of copper doses in a strategy that can guarantee vineyard protection comparable to that of full doses
3. Evaluation of the reduction of copper accumulation in soils through the use of innovative adhesives and scale inhibitors
